The Bean-to-Bar Philosophy
Founded in Dooru, Anantnag, Kashmir Chocolate Factory was built on a simple yet powerful vision — to create world-class chocolates from Kashmir while generating local employment and redefining the region’s manufacturing landscape.
Every chocolate is crafted from raw cacao beans to the final bar in our own facility. Using pure cacao, minimal ingredients, and zero unnecessary chemicals, we deliver a rich, genuine chocolate experience combining global cacao sourcing with local Kashmiri craftsmanship.
The Journey of Majid Majeed
Born and raised in Dooru, Anantnag, founder Majid Majeed stepped away from conventional career paths to build something meaningful for his homeland. With a background in IT and management, Majid sought to establish a manufacturing culture in a region traditionally known mostly for trade.
Setting up a bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturing unit in Kashmir meant overcoming logistical, infrastructural, and operational hurdles. Through extensive research, traveling, and learning from experts, Majid built the factory from the ground up — not just as a business, but as a craft.

Blicks
Our flagship premium bean-to-bar chocolates made with only three pure ingredients: cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, and sulfur-free sugar. Zero preservatives, no added flavors, or artificial chemicals.
Alpine
(Formerly Chaklate) Standard formulation chocolates customized and processed in-house to deliver rich, high-quality everyday chocolate products for a wider market.
